Sweet Basil

I was at the grocery store today and realized that if I'm going to make a Tomato, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella Salad, it better be soon as the season is passing quickly. I've practically eaten a tomato a day since June.

Ripe Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil
Red wine Vinegar
Salt,Pepper

Stack tomatoes, basil leaves and slices of mozzarella alternately. Top with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Simple and delicious
